Kevin D. Thayer, Attorney
Kevin Thayer was born in Marrietta, GA, in 1989. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Philosophy, and went on to graduate from New England Law | Boston with a Juris Doctorate. Kevin has also studied Tax Law at Villanova University, earning an LL.M. as a Master in Taxation.
Kevin focuses his practice on residential real estate transactions, but can also help with simple business creation and estate planning. Kevin, his wife, Lindsay, and daughter Hayden live and pray in historic downtown New Bern.

Rachel enjoys playing video games and spending time with her son.
Katia Boykin, Paralegal
Katia Boykin has a Master in Business from Texas Woman’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University. With 20 plus years of planning experience, she brings planning and development aspects to our process.
Katia enjoys spending time with her two dogs and family. She is very involved in her community and loves to give back.
